For Authors of accepted papers

Thank you again for submitting your papers to PEDSTC 2017. Please read the following before submitting the camera-ready versions of your papers.

Papers must be submitted electronically in both PDF and DOC/Latex formats. Authors should upload a .pdf and a .doc/.docx version of the paper.

Papers submitted to PEDSTC 2017 should be in double column format and no longer than 6 pages, including all text, figures, and references.  Templates prepared by IEEE and some useful information can be found here.  Authors must adhere to the IEEE Conference written paper format. Papers must be prepared using the set of templates in MS Word and LaTeX format provided by IEEE. Please use them to create your paper, without modifying style and/or format.

Since the final version of the paper cannot be changed after the "submission of camera-ready papers" deadline, try to do your best on the papers from both technical and writing viewpoints based on the reviewers' comments.

At any time, if any type of plagiarism is found in any of PEDSTC 2017 papers, the paper will be immediately withdrawn from the conference program and proceedings and the authors as well as their organizations will be notified through official letters.

We remember you that latest date for final camera-ready paper submission and registration is January 22, 2017. No further extensions will be provided for paper submission.

Note that for the paper to be included in the program and the proceedings of the conference and be sent to IEEEXplore, you must fulfill the following four conditions:

1- Upload of the camera-ready files. The PDF file must be created or checked by IEEE PDF eXpress®. The service is available at http://www.pdf-express.org

2- Upload of the signed and scanned IEEE Copyright form.

3- Registration of at least one author for each paper.

4- Presentation of the paper at the conference, either oral or poster.

There is no difference between the oral or poster presented papers and if above requirements are accomplished for any accepted paper, an acceptance/presentation certificate would be issued and the paper will be sent to IEEEXplore, regardless of the presentation method.
